Annette was extremely polite and attentive and her customer service skills are excellent. She kept me updated throughout the process. My ring was completed earlier than estimated and they made sure it fit just right. I thought their pricing was very fair as well. Highly recommend this business.

5 /5 Ted Villalobos: The Owners and Staff of Alonso Jewelry really take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. I took them a ring my father left me when he passed over 15 years ago. I wanted them to rhodium plate it for me and resize it as well. I was told that it would take about a week and a half to complete due to their current workload. Normally that would be a fast turn around for and jeweler but I was in a little bit of a time crunch because (for sentimental reasons) I wanted to be sure to take and wear the ring for a special event in two weeks and I was worried that I might not have it back in time. In conversation I let them know about this before I left, this was about 2pm. About 5:30 that same day I got a call from them and I got worried that something happened to my ring, on the contrary, they called to tell me that my ring was ready. They said they knew how important it was for me to have it back quickly so that I could have piece of mind. I’ve never seen the ring look so beautiful, the results were amazing. I don’t see myself going anywhere else for any of my future jewelry needs. Thank You Alonso Jewelry!

I felt warm and cozy in the store. Most of the time you feel rushed or pushed for a big sale. This was not the case here. I got a great deal on my 14k white gold Engagement ring with Natural diamond stones. I’ll be back again. Go see them if you want top quality jewelry at fantastic prices!
