5 /5 John Pena: Just had to share my recent experience at Jared Jewelry store located on San Pedro in San Antonio. I took my custom diamond ring of 10 years to have it repaired. I was greeted by Annie Gallo. She was very nice, polite, professional, informative and very helpful. I inquired about the cost of the ring repair. Annie was very helpful in looking up my purchase and found I had purchased the warranty. After a few minutes, my ring was taken to be repaired, at no cost, and I was informed it would be ready the following day. Two days later, I picked up my ring. All I can say is WOW! My ring looked better than when I purchased it. Jared did an amazing repair job. I was truly impressed with Jared. They proved to be trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. For my next diamond purchase, Jared will be first on my list. Thank you Annie and Jared for making this a memorable experience.

5 /5 Connie Ockenfels: First time going into Jared was a great experience. Unlike the lack of attention or experience by sales people at mall jewelry stores. I went to the Park North location and was immediately greeted by Laurie. I went in looking to upgrade my diamond setting. Tried them all on, but instead decided to just upgrade the ring completely. Laurie was very patient throughout the whole process. I would defiantly go back and buy from her again. Thanks Laurie! I love this ring!

Jon Guerra has been the best jeweler for my Fiancé and I and it just reminds me why I will be coming back again and again. Every very visit reminds me why I keep coming back—the service is always above and beyond. Jon was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. He took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and went out of his way to help me find the perfect ring for my future husband. His guidance and professionalism made the entire process smooth, enjoyable and 100% stress free. While I was there, other employees also offered to help, showing just how kind and supportive the entire team is. Everyone there made it a such a special experience for this meaningful occasion and I even received a complimentary cleaning. I’m so thankful for the care and attention I received. Jared continues to be my go-to for important moments, and Jon made this one especially memorable. Thank you for helping us create such a beautiful memory!

The staff is so kind, patient, and accommodating. We typically work with Jon and he’s the absolute BEST! He’s always willing to offer his opinion, honest, and great suggestions!! Also, when we have encountered issues (because we are all human and many of our pieces are customized, made by real hands) they have always gone above and beyond to make sure the end product is exactly what I wanted and the highest quality. We’ve also purchased the warranty with all our pieces (again over 15 years now) and have been very satisfied with the coverage! Our most recent purchase has been an upgrade to my wedding ring a year ago and I am STILL obsessed with every aspect of my ring. Highly recommend!!
