Arlee Lynch Had my wedding rings resized and the center sapphire had fallen out, so they repaired the prongs and put it all back together again beautifully. The second picture the bottom ring one of the diamonds on the side fell out and they put it back in its place and it looks brand new. Thank you for the excellent, fast service and friendly sales people, your prices are amazing. Im eyeing one of your rings you have in the store. Ill be back and Im letting all my friends know about your store.

Michelle Cooper UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!

Jared Guynes Listen, I thought I was just walking into a little gem and mineral shop to kill time while my wife tried on clothes down the street. What actually happened was I crossed the threshold into House of Gems and was immediately spiritually cleansed by the positive energy radiating from a 30-pound amethyst cathedral that might be sentient. This place is like if a science museum and a wizard’s treasure trove had a baby and that baby grew up to sell ethically sourced crystals, dino fossils, and meteorites with personality. I left with a huge amethyst! If you’re in downtown McKinney and don’t stop by House of Gems, you’re robbing your soul of some truly sparkly healing. Great gift shop!
