Karm Andreas Went in today after reading some great reviews. We were met with great customer service and a knowledgeable staff member. Marianne. The owner Leticia, was there too and helped us immediately. Both were very attentive and knew the answers to all our questions about jewelry! They were both kind and patient. We ended buying, not one but two wedding bands which made the perfect gift for my wife on our 14th year anniversary! Thank you for a your great customer service and fair prices. We will be coming back in the future!

Claire Dominy Harold Reese is our whole familys go-to guy for fine jewelry. He custom made my engagement ring--I couldnt be more pleased! Living in Hawaii, we still make it in to see Harold when were in Texas. Hes so great about scheduling time to meet with me and my husband, and he listens to understand what we want so he can make it happen(within budget!). Ive recommended Harold to family and friends and made sure my brother-in-law got my sisters engagement ring from Harold. Beautiful work, great value. Thank you, Harold!

Holly Terry I noticed a while ago my diamond was loose on my engagement ring, l I sent it back to the original company to have it fixed and it did NOT get fixed what so ever… it was a total failure. After doing some research I decided to check out Perez Jewelers in downtown Bryan! It took about a week for Erik to fix my ring and it looks incredible!!! I couldn’t be happier with the results and quality of his craftsmanship! The price was very reasonable as well for the amount of work he ended up having to do to fix my ring! I also was super happy with how he explained everything to me/ even showed me exactly what he was seeing with his magnifying equipment. I never felt I was in the dark or unable to understand the process. I can truthfully it looks better than when i originally got it from all angles! These pictures are to show my new and improved ring and if any of you run into this problem which God forbid, I hope you never do! I highly recommend Perez Jewelers!!!

Marisa Williams YES! I purchased a ring from a "big box store" (that was my first mistake). The ring was sized wrong (waaaay too small) but I dealt with it until I couldnt. The original store wanted to charge me the cost of the ring plus to resize it BUT the staff at Cindys assured me they could do it for much less! They SUPERCEDED my expectations (and Im very particular). The work is flawless. Now Im looking to having a band custom made there because I know it will be great! Josh Brought a chain and watch in at 4pm on a Saturday, it was ready by 5pm. Great work and always reliable. I’ve taking many things over the years and have always been extremely happy with the work. Would 100% recommend.

Kristi Flynn Woods Dwight was amazing in helping me with my repairs and worked diligently to get a pair of necklaces u tangled so they didn’t need to be cut. He showed a true customer service mindset! He also was very personable and entertaining while he worked. Great sense of humor.
