I needed repair work done on a cherished ring that my wife was given by my late mother. To my family, the ring is priceless as it belonged to my mother and has a very sentimental story that ties both my wife and me to the ring. I was in search of a reputable dealer that I could trust, and your establishment came highly recommended by a close friend. I made the call and spoke with Marcy. I relayed to her what I needed and that I was also interested in the Rolex line of watches. She quickly made me feel comfortable over the phone and upon arrival later that day she and your team welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Marcy took time with my wife to clearly understand what was her desired outcome and identified the repairs that were needed on the ring. In fact, she found damage to one of the prongs that we had not realized. While Marcy was working with my wife, she asked Conner to show me the Rolex line. There was also an amazingly huge selection to choose from. They even provided a complimentary resizing for the ring I purchased and had it ready in less than 3 days! Chris Mcclellon My wife bought earrings from Jeff at Oktoberfest. We accidentally left the bag on the table next to his stand and left. We realized about an hour later we didn’t have the earrings and went back hoping Jeff may have picked up the bag. Unfortunately someone had taken off with them. Jeff was out of stock of the ones she loved, but Jeff told her to pick another pair she liked and he would mail her a replacement pair once he made more at no charge and to just email him. He made a replacement pair and shipped them out to us today. My wife was ecstatic today. The earrings are great quality and the owner is amazing.

I found that to be very courteous, as no one seems to extend great customer serve anymore. My item arrived maybe two days later and it fit perfectly!
