Isabel Van Dyke I just picked up my wedding band after getting it resized here. I am very happy with the work! It looks perfect after going down 1 1/2 sizes. Id taken my engagement ring to a different local jeweler and it came back looking a bit beaten up at the bottom, and as if itd been clamped with a pair of pliers. Eichhorn took a longer time, but the work was much better—it looks like nothing was done to the ring at all. Also, the customer service was great. Definitely recommended!

And I picked up a gorgeous entarsia necklace at Scarecrow Festival in Chappel Hill. It looks like an Impressionistic Painting. The only down side is I want every one of their entarsia necklaces!! Sandy Sirkel They are the best of the best. I took in several family rings to have an engagement ring made. It is so beautiful. I had no idea what we wanted or anything, just took in several pieces. They came up with a design, which we approved from the drawing. It is so beautiful. Definitely a piece that will be worn daily and treasured as opposed to having several family pieces in the jewelry box for 10 years. I am planning on returning and having the rest of the stones made into another treasure. Kind, professional, helpful, definitely the best of the best. Every employee I talked with throughout the process was friendly and helpful.
