My husband check at another place to see how much will be the custom ring he wanted to order for me. and they charge more, then Sammy gave him a great deal for the same exact thing he wanted.. Very nice guy. Me and my husband will definitely coming back for more.. they have a wide range of selections too.. they offer great deal. After going to their estate sale in a warehouse in Galveston, i was amazed at the knowledge and professionalism of this crew. Roland negotiated many a fair deal while keeping me entertained with his sense of humor....and just as impressive was Monicas expertise of vintage merchandise, quality of fabric, and her ability to know what i would like. Ryan The ethics and honesty of how our upgrade was handled was extraordinary. We were given the option of going with lab grown vs natural. Instead of taking a larger commission by keeping us in the dark about the details we were able to get a larger diamond that was $10K cheaper AND keep the original. Emily K. Had the most outstanding experience with an employee named Nikki today. My mom was looking for a ring, as she has aged her wedding ring is too big and wide, and she wanted something smaller. She is 82 and mobility is a struggle, she doesn’t get out very much, and it’s a sensitive time- my dad has recently passed. Nikki was so kind and patient, helping her to find her new ring size and showed her a variety of shapes and types of rings. My mom was thrilled with the selection and assistance. I am so grateful for the time and attention to customer service! And it wasn’t just Nikki! I overheard other employees talking to customers, they were so impressive! It’s been a long time since I have been to a store where I have had an experience like that. I will definitely be back! Nikki also gave me a card for a jeweler if I’d like to get my mom’s wedding ring sized, very thoughtful!
