Brianna Norris I needed some links removed from a new Bulova watch I had gotten for my birthday. At first I tried taking it to the actual bulova section of Dillard’s, who refused to help me because I hadn’t bought it from there. But 20 more steps through the mall I saw this lovely jewelry store that took great care of me! This very professional staff was very patient with me and did a nice job (they had to take out almost all the links) but it was only $8 and super fast. I really appreciated the service!!

Nikki Simmons A Friend of Nans had came into my work and mentioned she does engraving and my engagement ring was broken and had to be re engraved. The lady politely said she doesnt work with jewelry and told me about Nan. So I contacted Her via email of her site and she reached out to me very quickly. She had me come to her shop in Mckinney and I showed her my ring. She told me to contact the company that made my ring first to see if they would replace it. The company told us they wouldnt do anything for us. So I let Nan know what they said. She told me she was worried my ring would break even more with being repaired so she told me my options and I picked out a differnt band and she was able to send me 2 gorgeous ideas for the new ring and we ordered my wedding band. So we go to pick up the wedding band and in there is my band and my original engagement ring. She had fixed it! This women just went above and beyond. I couldnt believe it. I just cant say enough about this lady and her business.

She was very sweet, friendly, patient, and made sure I didn’t miss out on something I loved. It’s the small gestures like this that really make shopping enjoyable. Barbara K Moody Team Greg was so wonderful to work with! He resized some rings for me and was half the price of the other jeweler I checked with. I also bought a green Tourmaline from him and had it put into an existing ring, and it’s fabulous! (Price was great too!) He made my husband and I feel right at home, gave me great advice, and we really felt like we could trust what he was telling us. I highly recommend him as a jeweler!

Lavita Sartin This place is beyond 5 stars. I have my suspicions that Joe, the owner, is a magician of sorts!! In all seriousness, he took my wedding ring that had pretty much been destroyed and handed me back the same ring which looked EVEN BETTER than when my husband bought it at some high dollar jewelry store in Amarillo. I am still amazed at the outstanding job he did! I would recommend Joe to people from all over the Panhandle, state of Texas, or anywhere else. Yes, he is that good! Thank you, Joe, I will forever be grateful for your talent and the outstanding job you did!!!
