1 /5 Mark Gartner: Took 2 rings in for repair. First, I was a bit shocked that the wanted to charge me over $400 to replace the semi-precious stones in the rings. I know that the cost on the stones is typically around $20. But, I acquiesced and left the rings with them for repair. They advised it would be about two weeks for the repair to be finished. After a month (and absolutely no communication), I called and was advised that there had been an unforeseen delay. A phone from Shaw’s would have been a sign of good customer service. They told me my rings should be ready in a week. 8 days after that, I called again. They advised that they had encountered yet another delay - but again, they did not call me. They said it would be a few more days. In short: I had to physically go to Shaw’s and retrieve my rings. I will never again trust them. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
