Yvonne Lozano I was a first-time customer at Jareds, and due to the overwhelming customer service they made me a permanent customer. I was looking around for a graduation ring for my son, went to a lot of well known jewelry places and they just told us we need to go on line. No help nothing. Are last place to go was Jareds. We got a wonderful, friendly, patience, and helpful person named Manny Martinez to help us. He took his time and walked us through every step to get us thru the process. Thank You Manny for being a wonderful person. The ring came out priceless! I recommend Jareds and Manny Martinez.

walter kelley Before I went to order my son’s class ring I decided to check the reviews for the Balfour store in Longview Tex that is the closest to me and I went down the line of reviews for that store and I must say I was a little worried about it because some reviews were ruff around the edges however I made the trip anyway hoping for the best.turns out don’t always believe what you hear.maybe those people who had given bad reviews really felt the need to complain about there bad experience they might of had however I must say my experience there was great. The staff could not have been better on my visit they took the time to go over everything we us and I must say they were very polite and helpful in making a choice for a nice ring for my son.thanks so much for being great

Erin Sanchez Would give them a 100 stars if I could. My husband and I bought our wedding bands here and they were super friendly then. I went back today to have a watch looked at and while he was not able to fix repair the issue he replaced it with something better that will last so it doesn’t happen again. These guys are the best.
