1 /5 Melissa Cahue: Very bad service do not recommend I’ve had my ring since COVID never got married never used I wanted to exchange for another ring double the price and owner refused when they had always said yes until now. Do not recommend this place

1 /5 Mrs. Moon: My husband purchased a ring for me. I took it in 2 times to get serviced (cleaned and prongs checked). On the 3rd time, i had forgotten in August and wanted to take it in October. I called in advance. I was told that they would be happy to clean it as a courtesy but that all warranty was void. WHAT?!?! I explained that I had not worn my ring at all and it had been kept safely in a jewelry safe the past 8 months. They said basically too bad too sad. All warranty is gone. Never again will we purchase from M & R Jewelers.

1 /5 F.C.: Horrible online ordering experience. I tried ordering a curv bulova watch online and after trying 4 different ways of payment all were cancelled. The customer service did not really explain why this kept happening. They use an app called SHOP to track sales, for some stupid reason that app kept saying fraud alert and suggested to cancel all my orders. How do you expect to sell online like this. I have ordered items from further away than you guys and sales go through. Never had this happen before with 4 different legit payment types. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT from their online ordering system.

5 /5 Paul Lanzillotti: I almost never leave public reviews, but in this case its warranted. M&R had a highly sought after wristwatch in stock that I could not find anywhere for months. I ordered it online from their website, they sent it out the very next day (Im halfway across the country) with a tracking number. It just arrived and the watch is exactly as described. It came with all the trimmings as well - even a nice velvet gift bag. On that note, this is really going to make a great gift that didnt break the bank. In fact, I cant believe the deal I got. Paid retail price when everywhere else is selling it for more. Im definitely going to buy again at some point. If Im ever in the great state of Texas, Ill try and stop on by to say thanks in person.
