1 /5 Jane Daniel: The man working there is very rude and degrading. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in business. That doesn’t mean you can throw your hands up in the air and call a grown woman a “girl” and then walk away while I’m still standing at the counter. If you couldn’t do what I was asking you to do, you should have just said so politely. I brought in three watches that needed new batteries. I didnt necessarily want all of the batteries changed at once. I asked him to change out whichever one would be quickest because I only had 15-20 mins and Id bring the other watch(es) back another time. I was getting ready to go out of town and only needed one working watch. I was the only customer in the store at the time. Basically, he wanted to do all three or none and wanted me to leave the watches with him and come back which I told him I could not do. He wouldnt even change out ONE battery for me while I waited. Maybe my request was challenging but I dont think it was unrealistic and I definitely didnt deserve the treatment I got from this man. Maybe it’s time to close up shop if you don’t have patience to deal with customers.

5 /5 james young: Mr. Bandy is a true professional. He knows a lot about jewelry and took the time to explain my watch to me, after doing a superb job fixing it. For such a small store he has a great selection of jewelry for sale at reasonable prices. I cannot take my wife in there because she will spend all of my money.
