I went back today to have a watch looked at and while he was not able to fix repair the issue he replaced it with something better that will last so it doesn’t happen again. These guys are the best.

Summer Hill I am so happy this location is open. Very conveniently located. Clean store as always, and very friendly employees. The same services with welding is offered here as well. I had a bracelet sized down recently there,and it fits so much better. Raquel helped me today and she was fantastic helping me pick out a gift. I have loved James Avery since high school, and will always continue to do so!

Rusty Eldred Kyles Jewelry is the best! I had my grandparents wedding bands and some diamonds from my great-grandmas tennis bracelet that I wanted turned into a ring. Patricia Rigney I can not say enough about this store! First off Jaset and Jay are phenomenal! I had damaged my wedding ring very badly! I was beyond upset! They took the time to ensure me it could be repaired beautifully! They walked me through every detail of the process and repairs! When I received my ring back it was more than I expected! Absolutely restored to my original ring, and better!! The repair jeweler did an amazing job!! I could go on and on!!! Absolutely incredible!!!

Chris Hamilton I had a very insightful experience with Abraham. He was very helpful with good information helping me clean my single earring(pool incident). He told me how I can either get other one or trade the single one in for a new set. Made it easy and breezy I will be back.

Michelle Cooper UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!
