5 /5 Chris Hamilton: I had a very insightful experience with Abraham. He was very helpful with good information helping me clean my single earring(pool incident). He told me how I can either get other one or trade the single one in for a new set. Made it easy and breezy I will be back.

1 /5 Nancy Fountain: Absolutely do not buy or purchase anything from this place. The associates here are liars especially when it comes to the return policy. And what two pieces that are not even 2 days old and the associates laughed in my face and lied to me. Also in regards to the managers schedule they keep telling me come back tomorrow and that the managers will be available and they are not. This place goes against company policy and also customer service is failed at its best. I strongly suggest that you go elsewhere to purchase your jewelry.

The SA was kind and patient while my mother and I tried to decide on which band to get him and which one would fit his personality better. SA even joined in our FaceTime with my husband as he looked at the rings. overall, we were satisfied with the service we received. Thank you!

Also, they helped us with some issues we had with our phone numbers in the system. I will be shopping for my daughters earrings and whatever else I need in the near future.

1 /5 kimathi nanyamka: My wife and I just left this Zales location without making a purchase because the sales guy was rude and condescending. Its ironic how I am the one spending thousands of dollars on jewelry but theyre acting like they are doing me favor by allowing me to purchase the item. I am not sure what happened to good customer service, but its obviously does not matter to Zales and whoever is the manager of this store needs to retrain the employees to be more mindful of customer interactions. We will not be returning to this location!
