They care about each and every customer and provide excellent service. They are hard-working, honest, reliable, trustworthy and very kind Christians. They also have a beautiful selection of jewelry and make gorgeous wedding rings. The one Joe made for my daughter is stunning ! 5 stars just aren’t enough for them. They are that good. Abigail Espinosa I absolutely enjoyed my experience at the Sugarland Location (in First Colony Mall). I was greeted by the very friendly and professional gentleman, Kit. He asked on my preference in metals. I explained that I wanted to re-pierce my ears. He helped me find the cutest pair (and was very patient with me because I was indecisive)!! What I was most pleased with was his kind demeanor as he walked me through the aftercare of the new piercing in step-by-step detail!! That was something I didn’t experience at the woodlands location when I first pierced my ears. (Probably would have saved me the trouble of doing it again.) Another thing, that I didn’t experience was being offered to book an appointment to check on my healing progress. I’m so glad that Kit was the pro that helped me today. I’m very grateful to his knowledge and professional support. 100% recommend this spot.

Kayla Parma Visited on May 18th, and received wonderful service from a lady I did not catch the name of! Both ladies working were super personable and fun. I purchased a new earring and one of the ladies helped me change out my piercing earring and put in my new one!! She absolutely did not have to, but the fact that she did - and helped my mom and I the entire visit was amazing. I wish I caught their names, but they did not disappoint, and I will be back for future purchases!!
