J H We had a unique and stressful situation when my wife’s wedding ring was mishandled by the jeweler. What could have been a nightmare was completely turned around thanks to Monica G.(store manager). She went above and beyond personally advocating for us, keeping us informed when customer service fell short, and ensuring everything was resolved in the best way possible. Monica’s professionalism, diligence, and genuine care not only fixed the situation but created lifelong loyalty from us as customers. She is the reason we will continue to trust Kay Jewelers. If every representative operated the way Monica does, there would never be a doubt about customer satisfaction. Truly outstanding service! If anyone has had a problem with Kays stores before I would recommend changing that opinion by going here and talking with Monica or her staff. Theyll do whats right. Thats for sure!

I sent my idea to Joyeria Turqueza (Owned by my Amazing baby sister) and I got this AWESOMENESS in return! You give them your idea, they make it reality, in either Silver or Gold! Marcy I decided to visit yesterday, I was looking at the Amethyst rings. I asked the sales lady if I could see one of the rings. She was very helpful and both ladies had a welcoming and friendly smile. While I was talking to them, I glimpsed to an area with turtles. I asked if they had a ring in my size, they were looking and I tried 2 different sizes. Once I had placed it on my finger, I couldnt take it off. Not because it was tight, but because I fell in love with her (the turtle ring). Well, I paid for the ring and couldnt stop looking at it. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Highly Recommend!!

A A My wedding ring broke. I went to Azteca Jewelry, the guy fixed and resized it to my complete satisfaction. The service was fast ( he finished it in just 30 minutes or so). The cleaning and polishing made it look brand new although I had this ring for 29 years. The best part is, the pricing is reasonable! Thank you Azteca. Ill come back again. By the way, I edited this review to add that I ended up glancing at my ring more simply because it looks fresh and sparkly. It also feels comfortable after he resized it. Good job!

Brenda Floyed I love Hartfield Designs! Shop has unique gifts and a wonderful friendly staff. I was there recently to have a necklace repaired. Beautiful work and a very reasonable price. This is probably not the best place to have jewelry repaired if you want it back immediately.
