Monica G My mom passed away not too long ago and I came across some of her jewelry. I know nothing about jewelry and wanted to find someone to assess it for me. The ladies at Kelly Wade Jewelers took the time to assess everything and let me know what was of value and what was not. I appreciate the fact that they were kind, knowledgeable, and informative without rushing me or brushing over my questions. Even though I made no purchase, I have no doubts their customer service for a purchase would be impeccable.

Tina L Kephart I discovered Gilded Girl at an Oktoberfest celebration. I bought my first pair of earrings, from there I was hooked. I have bought so many pieces that I have a whole jewelry box dedicated to their pieces. Whether it is an ear pin, ear cuff, bracelet, necklace, or earrings, they have all been beautiful and have received many compliments. Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, or just to spoil yourself, it is well worth the money. The packaging is always spectacular and Im excited whenever I see a box at my door! Dani is a phenomenal artist!

Bear Bear WARNING ⚠️ I dropped off a gold bracelet on 4/15/2024. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday, but I was unable to go until today (4/19/2024). I arrived shortly after 10 this morning, and they were closed. I waited 45 minutes and still closed, so I got on Google Maps to see the hours of operation. According to it, they shouldve been open. You cant call, because their number is not posted. I started reading some of the recent reviews of this place, and now Im a little scared. I hope Im not disappointed in their work, or worse yet, I hope they didnt screw it up. UPDATE: Its 12 noon, 4/22/24, and I just returned from picking up my mothers bracelet. Im IRATE, to say the least! Not only did these IDIOTS not repair my mothers bracelet, but they charged me for "straightening" the bracelet. Needless to say, I will never return and do everything in my power to make sure I warn those who inquire about this business. Please read the other reviews and take heed. Im not the only one who has had a horrific experience with these people.

Tara Mustafa What an amazing experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked it to this beautiful store. We came in to get a bracelet that my bestie wanted to get me for my birthday. We have been talking about this jewelry for a while and we finally made it. The esthetic was beautiful and the Lab coats add such a vibe to the environment. We were helped by Sunni and Claire who worked well together and explained all the process and the products. They were kind and considerate and very professional. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. These ladies are excellent staff who bring light to the location! Thank you for an amazing experience. We ended up with 2 gold bracelets and charms. Cannot wait to add to our collection with the next special occasion!

Steven Mordaunt What a great jewelry store. The staff are very friendly, not pushy at all. I had an expensive watch sized here the other day. Edward had it sized while I waited, 10 minures! While waiting, Irina helped me pick out a beautiful pendant for my fiance. I highly recommend this jewelry store!

Leonor Campos My grandkids bracelets are beautiful in person and way more then what we expected as we ordered them when we went on vacation from Idaho to meet with the best sales person at D’Oro who goes above and beyond for her clients Marta we highly recommend her and will be buying more stuff from you guys in the future also my daughters butterfly ring was beautiful it left us speechless once we received it . They had just shipped us our stuff yesterday afternoon and it was received today just before noon . Thank you to Marta for making us feel extra special ❤️

Denise Mills Excellent customer service at a reasonable price! They replaced a broken earring post. It looks great and its stronger than the original. Its like new...I cant tell that it was damaged! They also replaced my watch battery. Both repairs were done within 24 hours! Fast, friendly and professional! Ill definitely go back...highly recommended!
