Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers. John Coffey Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. My fiancé an I came in with 2 rings worth 4 thousand dollars. Research was done as well as our original receipts which they did not know we had. The man that helped us was snooty an told us “they weren’t worth much”. Then proceeded to offer us 240 dollars. All while treating us like we didn’t know what we doing an trying to pull one over on us. I’m absolutely disgusted with the attitude of this establishment as he then proceeded to flick the box of rings back in our direction when we told him no. Do not give them your business.

Trudy Heywood I dont know who the brain child was who designed the checkouts at the doors. Long lines on both sides. Had to wait about 20 minutes. I bought grommet top curtains. They have $20 dollar packaged pairs but they come in 84" long only. These worked on one window. The other window I had to buy 96" long which are too long, come in panels only, $40 each, but they are ok.

APA GMAIL My little dark weirdo heart has been wanting to come here for years. As a spiritual practitioner and into the new age world they have a nice range of herbs, oils, crystals etc. loved that. Lot of oddity’s that were very interesting, I felt a playful and eerie presence in here really neat store. There’s seriously something for everyone here!
