Bruce Patulski We had such a GREAT experience!!! All the credit goes to the AMAZING ladies (Jennifer & Maria) who did the piercing for our little angel!!! I was very hesitant to let our daughter get her ears pierced (crazy DAD syndrome lol), but I researched & found that Banter had phenomenal reviews & I can honestly say that they are rightfully deserved!!! The ladies made our little munchkin feel so comfortable & the they did a very professional job!!! She has been showing-off her earrings since she had them done.....we cannot wait for the follow-up visit to thank yall again!!! I would recommend Banter to anyone looking to have a piercing done....especially a first-timer like us!!!

Tre Marcus The service at this Kay Jewelers is top notch! We did ring shopping at Zales and a different Kay Jewelers store but none of them compared to this one. Javier worked with us in making sure we got the perfect rings. He was patient, understanding, thoughtful and went above & beyond…staying in contact with us even after hours. For my surprise proposal, he made sure the engagement ring was sized and returned before my proposal date. When the ring was ready to pick up on his off day, he still came into the store to make sure I got the ring and was happy with it. He and the staff also made suggestions for the proposal so they were extremely helpful overall. My fiance loves the ring and were so happy we selected this Kay Jewelers location.

Amanda Flores We originally came in to get my ring repaired for a diamond that fell out and I walked out with a new bigger ring thanks to Kara for the trade in recommendation. Miami M It was my first time ever walking into a Kendra Scott boutique. First of, the store was very clean & smelt so good & I was immediately greeted by Erica while she was closing a sale with another customer. I walked in & was complimented by Christian & asked if I needed help. I was there for an event Erica & Dee were hosting. The way the ladies work so well as a team & the treatment I received at this location was immaculate! I do wish in the future, because there were so many selections to have bigger ring sizes in store instead of having to wait to order, but other then that I had a fabulous experience with the staff at this location. Great job! Thank you again Erica & Dee! I will be back.

Jack Chester I intially didnt want to go to.the Galleria on a Saturday, but Im glad I did. I found a beautiful pair of earrings I wanted to get for my wife. I had a great experience with Margaret. She was incredible in finding what I needed. Overall a great experience and my wife loves her new earrings. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

Sri Y This Malabar store has Great collection. Bringing this much large varities to USA is really wonderful.Completely felt like shopping experience in India. We got 6 gold bangles set last year in their store and Kalpana helped very well. She showed all collection patiently during our shopping experience. So again we asked her as our shopping rep this year too and we had very pleasant time. We got gem stone necklace, gem stone bangles, gem stone earrings, gold hoops, gold daily wear jhumka and gold party wear jhumka. Designs are super awesome.
