I received a warm and welcoming reception both when I initially stopped by to express interest and get on a waitlist, and again when I returned to pick up the watch. It really stood out to me that the level of attention and care remained just as genuine each time I visited. A special mention goes to Sonia, the sales associate who assisted me throughout the process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, and proactive in keeping me informed. Her communication was always clear and timely, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. As a premium jeweler, the store also stood out for how well it was maintained and managed; the ambiance matched the quality of the products and service. Id gladly recommend it to those who appreciate good service and a professional touch.

A A My wedding ring broke. I went to Azteca Jewelry, the guy fixed and resized it to my complete satisfaction. The service was fast ( he finished it in just 30 minutes or so). The cleaning and polishing made it look brand new although I had this ring for 29 years. The best part is, the pricing is reasonable! Thank you Azteca. Ill come back again. By the way, I edited this review to add that I ended up glancing at my ring more simply because it looks fresh and sparkly. It also feels comfortable after he resized it. Good job!

MaDonna Halstead I nervously took my boys shopping with me and I’m glad I did. Not only were they treated so kindly they were personally shown military items when they left their interest of such be known. They were even given juices. Just the extra special treatment when most places cringe at the sight of kids, especially two young boys haha The store was clean, smell wonderful, had a huge variety of endless treasures to cover many interests… not just antiques but new items as well. It’s a great one stop gift shop for yourself or someone on your list. The music playing throughout was lovely and not too overpowering. Everything in the store was arranged nicely making it easy to navigate throughout. We will definitely be back!
