We had the pleasure of working with Robert, and we were so impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and care throughout the entire process. Robert not only helped us with resizing, but also showed us a selection of beautiful rings with incredible value and pricing within our budget. We ended up upgrading to a stunning 3-carat diamond ring with an impressive crown setting surrounded by smaller diamonds—it is absolutely breathtaking. He was also able to resize my wife’s original band, which she hadn’t been able to wear since we had kids. On top of that, Robert went the extra mile by creating a gorgeous pendant from the diamonds in her previous ring as a special gift for her upcoming birthday. Tess Endicott RJ was EXACTLY the consultant I needed for trying on rings for the first time. I never in my wildest dreams thought I would ever meet the right person, so it was very emotional for me, even though I hid it well. I have multiple disabilities and to say yesterday was emotionally exhausting in a good way, doesnt cover it. RJ made the appointment extremely easy and smooth and I cannot recommend him enough. He showed me everything I had requested and was VERY laid back, calm, and patient, which is exactly what I needed. My boyfriend will definitely be back up to see him in the future. I so appreciated how mellow jell-o, as I say, the appointment was. Kimberly En A lot of cute and fun items! We went there and saw they had “Lafufus” (fake labubu) but we were aware of that lol, my daughter was still happy to get a hold of one. The store was nice and clean and friendly employees.

Jai Rai Today I was looking for an item for my husband as it is his birthday, and I ended up at Dillards not part of my plans, but that’s where I ended up at either way I picked up one item and went into the cologne section. There was a worker who asked how may I help you and I was like well today’s my husband‘s birthday and I am looking for a cologne and he doesn’t really wear cologne so I don’t know what to buy. She suggested what do I think he likes? Maybe we can try something from Dior. She said you know I’ll give you a sample of it so that way if he doesn’t like it, he doesn’t have to open it and he can just return it and exchange and do whatever he wants with it. She was pro professional, and got a great sale. Fantastic service.
