antonio rodriguez Its been a couple days, but i wanted to say i had an amazing experience with this business. I took a silver ring...was bent ,dirty, and didnt fit, a week later i received a call that it was ready, I showed up... Ring was cleaned, reshaped and fit perfectly. And the price was way lower than other locations. I want to thank you for your professionalism and craftsmanship. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a great place to handle their jewelry.

Karm Andreas Went in today after reading some great reviews. We were met with great customer service and a knowledgeable staff member. Marianne. The owner Leticia, was there too and helped us immediately. Both were very attentive and knew the answers to all our questions about jewelry! They were both kind and patient. We ended buying, not one but two wedding bands which made the perfect gift for my wife on our 14th year anniversary! Thank you for a your great customer service and fair prices. We will be coming back in the future!

Dashiell Allen-Smith This place is… something. First of all, I visited late May of 2022, on a Saturday. Anyway, if you want to go shopping, I do not think that this will be your place. Macy’s closed in 2017, Palais Royal closed in 2020 alongside Sears, and Dillards closed in 2006. I should also add that the food court has been vacant for years. Heck, the Claire’s, the one really decent-looking store, closed a while before I arrived, not to mention that a third of the mall (the playground and the empty hallways towards Macy’s) have been closed since the pandemic. However, despite ALL of these flaws, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The styling, though slightly refurbished roughly 5 or so years ago, still looks similar to how it did when it opened in 1982. The Palais Royal still has it’s logo in place, but so does the Sears. So if you enjoy dated architectural design, I would highly recommend. EDIT: I went back during Thanksgiving week, and the place is not doing too hot. The only name brand store, which I believe was a FootAction, has closed since I last went last May. Just a fare warning, the area is not the safest (certainly no Greenspoint or Sharpstown, but still enough that you should be more careful), and that the old Macy’s may have a homeless person or two. Don’t worry, as the mall itself should be fine, since the only people there are getting exercise. Only go after dark if you know what you are doing. In conclusion, if you want to go, do so sooner rather than later since I doubt the longevity of this mall. EDIT 2: I added more photos from Thanksgiving Week 2022, this time from my camera, as I forgot to put the photos of it on here. The new photos do not reflect the current state of the mall, again as they are from a couple of months ago.

The ladies working there made it a wonderful experience rather than just a purchase on my part and sale on theirs. Paramount Jewelers in the mall is worthy of 5 stars in all aspects.

Daniece Mulcahey Greg and Kanaes Jewelry and Art is a great place to have jewelry repaired. My mom took in several pieces of costume jewelry that needed repair and Greg was able to fix them while we waited! He checked all the welds under his microscope to make sure that her jewelry was in good shape, and cleaned them as well. The store hours are by appointment only, assuring that the customer has Greg and Kanaes full attention while there. From the repair of sentimental costume jewelry to the design of high-end jewelry art, this store does it all! The store is a great addition to Georgetown and we will definitely be back.

Viking Valkyrie I take any jewelry repair work I have here. They do great repairs in a timely manner, with a smile. Also, they do Sterling repairs and a lot of places dont. Its a small shop, but they pay attention to details and have friendly service.

Steffen S David is fantastic to work with - knowledgeable, patient and fairly priced! I definitely recommend him if you are looking for wedding bands, or need to make changes to an existing ring. He was able to make the wedding band of my wife match the design of her engagement ring perfectly, and I am more than happy the way my wedding band turned out based on a specific design I had asked for. Also a special appreciation for his wife Denise who advised us and kept us in the loop about the progress. Thank you both!
