G M 5 starts to Rupa, she is a valuable employee, very dedicated and knowledgeable, I went to that store couple of months ago to do a maintenance on my tennis bracelet , and the old man that helped me said “he couldn’t find me in the system “ and told me to go home get my receipt and come back ?? Who has time for this ? I went back today after 4 months because I just don’t have time , and Rupa helped me and she took care of everything I needed to get done , she is so patient and nice !
