I love the bracelet because I can put it on and off myself. It adds the perfect little bit of bling. And then there is the anklet!!! My anklet took a few minutes and is goregous. Absolutely love it. Staff is super professional and extremely knowledgeable. She pays attention to the smallest detail. Can’t wait to get another permanent accessory!!! P.S…you won’t regret getting one and it can be addicting. Thanks so much Adrienne and Candice. You ladies rock!

Rachel Campbell They dont do what you bring in your jewelry for. I brought in my cross pendant to have the posts that hold my cross to the necklace replaced. 2 wore out completely of the 3 from my necklace. They charged me $79. I was fine with that. (A little more than another jeweler had quoted but that was so we a year ago.) Said they would replace the "prongs". I said fine BUT I AM BRINGING IT TO HAVE THE POSTS THAT HOLD THE NECKLACE TO THE CROSS REPAIRED! so my cross doesnt fall off my necklace BECAUSE ONLY ONE POST IS STILL IN TACT! I showed them in the store REPEATEDLY. Wrote it down ON THE TICKET WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED! They kept it 2 days and "fixed the prongs" - there was NOTHING wrong with my prongs on the diamonds! And did NOT FIX THE POSTS AT ALL. When I called they said bring it back and we will fix it for no charge. IN FACT THEY GROUND DOWN THE EDGES WHERE THE POSTS HAD BEEN AND WORN THROUGH IN THE CENTER OF THEM! I dont.know what the deal is but I dont.trust them now. I barely trusted them before! But thought they couldnt possibly screw up replacing the gold posts! But they showed me! I have had this cross for years (DECADES!) and it is very sentimental to me! I am so frustrated they wanted to argue when I called saying that "they fixed the prongs." That WASNT the job!! The job was replace the 2 posts! There are supposed to be 3 posts that hold the cross to the necklace. It actually looks like they ground off the edges of the 2 other posts!! Making it harder for me to get it repaired now!! I will NEVER trust them again!

Sarah Jane McLean Anyone complaining about price tags or service obviously didn’t go into the store to spend money in the first place! The owner Alex is so very polite and eager to deal. His work is beautiful, he is amazingly talented. Never go by the price tag in a jewelry store. Always intend to negotiate with the salesman and like any other deal, the price comes down per piece when you buy more. My camera doesn’t do this piece justice. So well made and sturdy.

Jontelle Mclellan Business was handled well. I went to pick up an order then when I arrived I purchased some more items. Had them installed as well as got a few items cleaned and they were ready at the time I was told to come back and pick everything up. Trish, the sales rep is such a sweetheart. Its always a pleasure to be served by her each time I shop at the Rosenberg location.

Sabrina Sturgeon This is the most wonderful store in the world! They had bowls on bowls of used keys, dominos, and buttons that went clicky clack in all the best ways! There were mushroomy things and eclectic finds that made my heart smile. I walked out with a bumble bee felt measuring tape, a pink button, the most darling copper spoon, and a post card with a bicycle on it. Best store ever.
