Samantha Harrison Kimberly was so helpful! I had some bracelets that I have been wearing for 2+ years which has loosened, she was able to resize them to my liking! Justin Elliott These folks are the best. My wife lost the diamond in her wedding ring and Stephen at Holders found a beautiful natural diamond and did a fabulous job at setting it. It actually looks better than the original. The whole ring got a much needed makeover and we couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend Holders.

Jared Guynes Listen, I thought I was just walking into a little gem and mineral shop to kill time while my wife tried on clothes down the street. What actually happened was I crossed the threshold into House of Gems and was immediately spiritually cleansed by the positive energy radiating from a 30-pound amethyst cathedral that might be sentient. This place is like if a science museum and a wizard’s treasure trove had a baby and that baby grew up to sell ethically sourced crystals, dino fossils, and meteorites with personality. I left with a huge amethyst! If you’re in downtown McKinney and don’t stop by House of Gems, you’re robbing your soul of some truly sparkly healing. Great gift shop!

Patricia Rigney I can not say enough about this store! First off Jaset and Jay are phenomenal! I had damaged my wedding ring very badly! I was beyond upset! They took the time to ensure me it could be repaired beautifully! They walked me through every detail of the process and repairs! When I received my ring back it was more than I expected! Absolutely restored to my original ring, and better!! The repair jeweler did an amazing job!! I could go on and on!!! Absolutely incredible!!!

Lulu P Southern Gem is so appropriately named, considering that the store is a true gem of Burleson. The store itself is beautiful- from the gorgeous fixtures and entry way chandelier, to the glass cases full of fine jewelry. Not to mention the store’s signature scent, that will appeal to your senses in a way that is not expected for a jewelry store. The ladies who work there are friendly and welcoming, offering help, a drink or snack while you browse or take advantage of the complimentary jewelry cleaning. Southern Gem did an amazing job on the repair of my wedding ring. I also had them make a duplicate of my wedding band and I can not tell which is the original and which is the new. My rings were returned to me in perfect condition and sparkling like I had not seen them sparkle in years. I highly recommend shopping here and utilizing their jeweler services. If you are looking for an amazing shopping experience for a gift or yourself, Southern Gem is the place!

Instead of taking a larger commission by keeping us in the dark about the details we were able to get a larger diamond that was $10K cheaper AND keep the original. Farzi is very personable, relatable and above all knowledgeable in the Jared collections and she also helped us with some custom options in the setting and band.. Still waiting on the band to come in but we know 100% it’s perfect. She instilled that confidence with us & hope she gets plenty of business in the future.
