Hermy Gutierrez Trustworthy repair shop. Mr. Grimaldi, is very professional and dedicated to his skill. I’ve taken 5 watches and a Hermes bracelet for services with rapid service. Very reasonable fees. Highly, recommend for all your watch/jewelry battery/repairs.

Jennifer Ginger was so nice and helpful. She really listened to what we wanted and made our dream rings come true. If there was an option to give this jeweler more stars I would.

Nikki Simmons A Friend of Nans had came into my work and mentioned she does engraving and my engagement ring was broken and had to be re engraved. The lady politely said she doesnt work with jewelry and told me about Nan. So I contacted Her via email of her site and she reached out to me very quickly. She had me come to her shop in Mckinney and I showed her my ring. She told me to contact the company that made my ring first to see if they would replace it. The company told us they wouldnt do anything for us. So I let Nan know what they said. She told me she was worried my ring would break even more with being repaired so she told me my options and I picked out a differnt band and she was able to send me 2 gorgeous ideas for the new ring and we ordered my wedding band. So we go to pick up the wedding band and in there is my band and my original engagement ring. She had fixed it! This women just went above and beyond. I couldnt believe it. I just cant say enough about this lady and her business.

Ashley Kirsch I loved this jeweler so much. He fixed a necklace for me once & then my niece ripped it off of my neck (no fault to his workmanship) & I was lucky enough to meet with him a second time. He was always so kind & let me leave with a rose each time. Prices were fair & the work was done swiftly. I really wish I still lived in Houston so I could stop back by on occasion for other jewelry needs. I always recommend to my friends in the area.

Jennifer Kim Getting my ears pierced was quick and easy! This store has a large selection of all kinds of jewelry. I saw that there were customizable jewelry as well! The staff were very helpful and friendly. I left with some rings and earrings today but definitely plan to be back to get a custom engraved bracelet.
