1 /5 Savannah Diaz: Store is great! Workers are terrible. Didn’t help, barely acknowledged we were there and weren’t friendly either. They were having convos amongst themselves the entire time and didn’t pay us any attention. We had to say excuse me to them to even check out. Also forced us to put in our email address without so much as the option. Get better staff. Salesperson name on receipt was Angela.

What really made my visit exceptional, though, was the incredible customer service I received from McKinzey. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in finding exactly what I needed. Her attention to detail and positive attitude made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I left with a beautiful new watch and a smile on my face.
