Friendly, timely, gave plenty of options, willing to adjust, all of the things you need when making a big purchase! I had the pleasure of stopping by to get my ring cleaned.. which quickly turned into me asking questions about make making slight adjustments to my band - and without hesitation they told me my options and we got the adjustments made WITHIN 24 HOURS. amazing store, amazing customer service. Could not recommend more

I brought in a few pieces that needed some TLC — a broken necklace, a bracelet with a broken lobster clasp, and another bracelet that needed rhodium plating. Avant Garde fixed all of them beautifully, making them look brand new again. What I love most is that they also offer to buy your old or broken jewelry and give you credit toward a purchase — such a thoughtful service that makes upgrading or restoring jewelry even more rewarding.
