Alexander Castro Service was impeccable! College ring cleaning was complementary, and helped me pick out two necklaces at a reasonable rate! Even polished and cleaned my engagement ring. This place, Shan and the ladies are kind, understanding, friendly and respectful. I never felt rushed, or pressured. Will be back for the holidays!

Iraen Marsh Went there @635(closes at 8). Gates were pulled half way down already, so you cant go inside. Ended up going into Dillards located in the mall right behind the store and had to pay to get the charms placed on; because they were purchased at the actual James Avery store. LETS DO BETTER, BUSINESS IS JUST TAKING OFF AT THIS LOCATION!

Image of love Ultrasound My grandmother had a beautiful pair of earrings that were my great grandmother’s and wanted to gift them to my daughter for her birthday only problem is one had broken and it didn’t appear it could be fixed. We took it Mallory’s creations and he said he’d give it a shot. He was able to fix them and unless you knew they were broken you’d have no idea. I’m super impressed with the repair as well as the service and the speed of the repair. I’m so thankful she will have this jewelry to cherish for years to come and that Mallory’s creations was able to bring them back to life.

Ke Lli I love working with this owner. He always does a wonderful job on any pace I bring to him. Recently I brought in my grandfathers early 1900s vintage lionhead ring that had been missing a diamond eye for years. He was able to replace it flawlessly and extremely cost-effectively! If you have jewelry repairs sitting around your house I highly recommend you take them to him!!!
