Cesar From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and helped right away. I want to give a special shout out to Jeremy — he really took care of me! He answered all my questions, gave me very fair and reasonable prices, and made the whole experience flawless. I’ll be honest, I came in skeptical because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other jewelry stores and pawn shops where I felt scammed. I shared those concerns with Jeremy, and he went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered and that I had complete confidence in my purchase. This shop completely changed my view of pawn shops. I’ll definitely be returning and bringing business here in the future. Highly recommend!

Marisa Williams YES! I purchased a ring from a "big box store" (that was my first mistake). The ring was sized wrong (waaaay too small) but I dealt with it until I couldnt. The original store wanted to charge me the cost of the ring plus to resize it BUT the staff at Cindys assured me they could do it for much less! They SUPERCEDED my expectations (and Im very particular). The work is flawless. Now Im looking to having a band custom made there because I know it will be great! Lavita Sartin This place is beyond 5 stars. I have my suspicions that Joe, the owner, is a magician of sorts!! In all seriousness, he took my wedding ring that had pretty much been destroyed and handed me back the same ring which looked EVEN BETTER than when my husband bought it at some high dollar jewelry store in Amarillo. I am still amazed at the outstanding job he did! I would recommend Joe to people from all over the Panhandle, state of Texas, or anywhere else. Yes, he is that good! Thank you, Joe, I will forever be grateful for your talent and the outstanding job you did!!!

Matthew McCall My aunt & uncle have been trusting this jeweler for over 25 years. I recently took a very precious family heirloom ring in to have some work done, and I could not be happier. Dashiell Allen-Smith This place is… something. First of all, I visited late May of 2022, on a Saturday. Anyway, if you want to go shopping, I do not think that this will be your place. Macy’s closed in 2017, Palais Royal closed in 2020 alongside Sears, and Dillards closed in 2006. I should also add that the food court has been vacant for years. Heck, the Claire’s, the one really decent-looking store, closed a while before I arrived, not to mention that a third of the mall (the playground and the empty hallways towards Macy’s) have been closed since the pandemic. However, despite ALL of these flaws, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The styling, though slightly refurbished roughly 5 or so years ago, still looks similar to how it did when it opened in 1982. The Palais Royal still has it’s logo in place, but so does the Sears. So if you enjoy dated architectural design, I would highly recommend. EDIT: I went back during Thanksgiving week, and the place is not doing too hot. The only name brand store, which I believe was a FootAction, has closed since I last went last May. Just a fare warning, the area is not the safest (certainly no Greenspoint or Sharpstown, but still enough that you should be more careful), and that the old Macy’s may have a homeless person or two. Don’t worry, as the mall itself should be fine, since the only people there are getting exercise. Only go after dark if you know what you are doing. In conclusion, if you want to go, do so sooner rather than later since I doubt the longevity of this mall. EDIT 2: I added more photos from Thanksgiving Week 2022, this time from my camera, as I forgot to put the photos of it on here. The new photos do not reflect the current state of the mall, again as they are from a couple of months ago.

Josee Locklear-Mooney The hidden gem here is the Hard Feelings perfume. It’s my new favorite thing. It’s affordable but smells expensive. I’d compare it to a couple different Chanel Chance scents. It’s unique, sexy, long lasting and layerable. It’s unisex but I think it could lean more masculine or femme depending how you layer it. By itself I think it’s perfect. It goes perfectly with my own chemistry. I will be back to get more and probably pick up something sparkly. The cowboy hat earrings caught my eye ;) additionally the staff was super friendly and also loved the perfume!
