Riley Ray Sobczak If you need anything engraved and want to use the best around, I recommend Abe’s Engraving at Plaza Fine Jewelry in Dallas above all else! I went in to get a watch engraved as an anniversary gift, and Raja was both helpful and pleasant to chat with! The watch I brought wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but I’d had limited options online. In store, she noticed I liked the other watches and proceeded to showed me a number of comparable options in-store (but only after confirming I could return the original watch for a refund)! I purchased watch 1 from her and placed an order for engraving with a few words and a date. The back of the watch is tricky, limited space, but they made it work beautifully! I’ve now returned the original watch for a full refund. Not only was she incredibly helpful, she was also incredibly understanding. I purchased the watch and left it for engraving, then had a change of heart within 30 minutes. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to exchange it with another watch, but she completely took that worry away. She took watch 1 back with a smile and helped me to purchase watch 2, which I picked up today after engraving. I am so happy that I chose to go with Plaza Fine Jewelry and especially Raja, as she was a wonderful and kind salesperson who really made the whole process a breeze. And I must of course mention that the finished watch is beyond what I imagined - I’ve it! I think my partner will love it as well. Thank you so much for your help, kindness, and speed with getting it to me within my short time frame. I absolutely recommend this store to any and everyone in the DFW area - you will not be disappointed!

Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers.
