1 /5 Angie: Very bad customer service not in the store, but when I called customer service regarding my $810 interest fee. I owed $800 and then got stuck with $810 interest fee making my total balance $1,610 when it should of been around $1,056. I understand that I have to pay interest when I dont pay off my balance in full, however they did not explain that I would be responsible to pay interest for the whole year if my balance was not paid in full. When I called customer service, they just kept transferring me and stated they cant help.
