Van Nguyen Funny enough, I happened upon Artier on Reddit where it was mentioned as a great antique store with an awesome owner. Upon reading more reviews I kept seeing mention of Harold as a true delight and even thought to myself "theres no way this store and owner can be THIS great". I am so happy to be wrong. My wife and I were greeted and had so much great conversation with Harold while we shopped. We were welcomed and felt at home. The property even reminded us of the comfort of our hometown, New Orleans. Every piece in the store had a story that Harold would happily tell. We were able to get a few gifts for some loved ones, some books for our library and some pieces for the house. I wont hesitate to recommend and we will be returning regularly!

Sunny Bee If you’re looking for someone to trust with your precious heirlooms and precious metals, Mr. Yepez is your man. Mr. Yepez was amazingly professional and had amazing service. He handled my rings with such care that I don’t think I’ll have to find another jewler ever again! I went it to get a stone reset on a ring that was inherited to me and Mr. Yepez made me aware that my ring needed alittle more work than that.. I was so happy he informed me of the work needed so I can cherish this ring for as long as possible. He went out of his way to replace a stone on one of my bands although I did not ask him to and that shows how generous Mr. Yepez is. He also cleaned and polished my ring to a mirror finish! I’m so amazed with the quality of his work! My photos have no justice to just how beautiful my rings look after his work on them! I appreciate your hard work and the wait was well worth the care you took with my rings. Thank you and God Bless! ❤️

Chris Ojeda Walking into Zales at South Park Mall, we honestly just needed a quick ring cleaning. Life happens, and my partner’s engagement ring was looking a little less sparkly than usual! We were greeted so warmly, and Jeanette took such great care of us. Not only did she offer to clean her ring, but she also mentioned that we still had a warranty on it! We had completely forgotten about it. To our surprise, the warranty covered resizing, which is something wed been considering for a while. And the best part? Jeanette explained that we even have options for future upgrades! It was such a pleasant and unexpected experience. Jeanette was absolutely wonderful – so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We went in for a simple cleaning and left feeling so happy and informed about our options. Brenda Floyed I love Hartfield Designs! Shop has unique gifts and a wonderful friendly staff. I was there recently to have a necklace repaired. Beautiful work and a very reasonable price. This is probably not the best place to have jewelry repaired if you want it back immediately.
