And Dave’s delivers all that and then some! Granbury isn’t exactly overflowing with jewelry stores, which is why I feel incredibly lucky to have found one as exceptional as Dave’s. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, expertise, and the kind of customer service that makes everything sparkle just a little bit brighter. I even watched Dave interact with other customers, and it’s clear—this guy loves what he does, and it shows. So, a huge thank you to Dave and his team! Maria Tristan I’ve purchased several items from S&S. The customer service is amazing here. Seriously, other places at downtown McAllen try to push stuff on you or want you to choose quickly or keep it moving making it seem like you’re wasting their time - not here. They let you take your time on choosing items, of course I don’t take advantage as I know they have many customers. Each item I’ve picked which include earrings, necklace, and rings, (for myself and as gifts)are beautiful and the best prices I’ve found.
