Randall They have a new location which is very nice. The owners are very friendly. Very knowledgeable and they have a good selection of metals. Today I picked up some Morgans for a great price.

Jesus Barron It wasn’t OK experience just a gentleman felt like that. He just wanted to sell things showed me a chain of ability. He said it was worth $350 and all of a sudden dropped it too close to 200. Just made me wonder what exactly am I getting?

Mark A. Conlon I love Franzetti. They are family owned and treat us like family every time we’ve shopped there. I’m currently on a a European cruise with my wife for her birthday and I have her wonderful bracelet gift with me only because of the amazing service from Lorie and Franzetti. Went out of her way to ensure we could have a specialized option (birthstones of wife and our two kids) created in less time than it should have taken and then overnighted to me in Houston when it made it back to the store in time.
