Emily I just got my 15 jewelry fixed along with my dad and his gold chain and I just want to say he did a great job it looks better than it did before and the cleaning makes the gold look a whole lot better definitely recommend visiting.

Katy Kowalik Caleesi designs was by far the smoothest process for custom jewelry I have had the pleasure working with. Elizabeth was extremely attentive and patient through all of my questions. I had my wedding set rings made and brought my own center stone, the studio easily sourced the smaller stones for me as they are unique shaped. The process was fast and I couldnt be happier with the end product! Definitely trust the process, and trust Caleesi with your jewelry needs!

Lucretia Sayers Their customer service is great, and they were very nice. But I think their prices are a bit high, I’ve gotten links removed from watches in the past from different locations and have been charged less than eight dollars. If I paid anything I really can’t recall, but I got one link removed from a Michael Kors and an Anne Klein watch and was charged $10 per watch not including tax $21.65 total to remove one link from each watch I believe is high. I didn’t complain once the price was told to me after which in the future I’ll definitely ask before hand, Everyone has to make money somehow, but I can get air In all four of my tires for free. Of course I paid, but they should definitely look into their prices.

Lauryn is personable, knowledgeable, and made the process a pleasure from start to finish. Nikki Chanel Sarah and Rico were so kind and helpful. I needed to exchange a gift I got for my birthday and Sarah spent time learn what I liked and offered so many suggestions and let me try on different things. I needed to stay within a certain budget and she tried a few combinations of things that I liked to see what would work with getting the LPP. I left this Zales so happy and satisfied. Then she offered to clean my jewelry. Highly recommend them.

John H The best part about this store....Leslie! She was spectacular and super friendly. Assisted me and my wife with exuberance. I so hope she is noticed by her employer.... they dont want to lose her. The store itself was in good order and clean, though the fitting room could be tidied up a little. But not too detracting from the shopping experience.
