Nikki Simmons A Friend of Nans had came into my work and mentioned she does engraving and my engagement ring was broken and had to be re engraved. The lady politely said she doesnt work with jewelry and told me about Nan. So I contacted Her via email of her site and she reached out to me very quickly. She had me come to her shop in Mckinney and I showed her my ring. She told me to contact the company that made my ring first to see if they would replace it. The company told us they wouldnt do anything for us. So I let Nan know what they said. She told me she was worried my ring would break even more with being repaired so she told me my options and I picked out a differnt band and she was able to send me 2 gorgeous ideas for the new ring and we ordered my wedding band. So we go to pick up the wedding band and in there is my band and my original engagement ring. She had fixed it! This women just went above and beyond. I couldnt believe it. I just cant say enough about this lady and her business.

Jeniri Cox I had a great experience at Uncle Dan’s Pawn Shop! I brought in my iPad and the process was quick, fair, and professional. The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable pawning my item. They offered a reasonable amount and didn’t pressure me at all. Definitely one of the better pawn shops I’ve been to—clean, organized, and trustworthy. I’ll be coming back if I ever need to pawn or shop again. Highly recommend!

I have had jewelry repaired here and most recently they created a custom ring that has three generations of stones. The craftsmanship is incredible and the photos don’t do it justice!!!! Van Nguyen Funny enough, I happened upon Artier on Reddit where it was mentioned as a great antique store with an awesome owner. Upon reading more reviews I kept seeing mention of Harold as a true delight and even thought to myself "theres no way this store and owner can be THIS great". I am so happy to be wrong. My wife and I were greeted and had so much great conversation with Harold while we shopped. We were welcomed and felt at home. The property even reminded us of the comfort of our hometown, New Orleans. Every piece in the store had a story that Harold would happily tell. We were able to get a few gifts for some loved ones, some books for our library and some pieces for the house. I wont hesitate to recommend and we will be returning regularly!
