Tiffany Nguyen Went to James Avery this past Saturday and Courtney was great. The bow ring didn’t come in my size and instead of her telling me to just wear it on another finger she brought out the ring sizer and largest size they carried. When I thought I wouldn’t be able to purchase this ring Courtney told me I could get it resized into my correct size. She was extremely patient with me even though the store was busy during the charm event. She exuded southern charm and I hope she has an amazing day! Gwen Mae I usually don’t hand out five-star reviews easily since I think there’s always something that can be improved. However, I have to say that Angela has created a few custom jewelry pieces for me, and every experience has been absolutely wonderful! She really takes the time to listen and provides great suggestions when I need them. Not only is her craftsmanship top-notch, but she also has such a lovely personality. Tetiana Kushla Highly recommend! I needed to adjust a new watch bracelet, my wrist is very skinny and I needed a very unusual adjustment to make to feel it comfortable. Courtney was very attentive to hear my concerns and just within couple minutes make it ready and it worked just perfect on my hand immediately. The place is very nice, everyone was so friendly, but Courtneys knowledge and professionalism it a totally next level, 10 starts out of 5. Thank you.

Jamie Blassingame I recently had my wedding band set repaired at this jewelry store. They explained what needed to be done and why, and when I received my repaired rings back the repair was well done and reasonable. They do take a bit of time because they have a lot of repairs but in my opinion done well is better than done fast.

Chelsea lalor The lovely women at the Lufkin, TX location are truly amazing. They have been thru hell with me between my beloved Disney Rapunzel ring getting damaged, replaced and now lost/stolen…. After the emotional roller coaster I’ve been on since yesterday, they were patient and even stayed past closing to help me find the perfect replacement ring at 60% OFF! I will forever shop with them specifically and they should get raises just based off their customer service.

Tiffany C We went in to browse for future gifts. Even though the associates knew we werent going to buy at that time, they went above and beyond! Jamal and Savannah were so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the visit extremely fun! The other girls in my family had been in before, but it was my first visit. I was beyond impressed with the service! Will definitely be making a purchase soon. Just in case they arent the ones working when I do, I wanted to make sure they got the recognition they deserve!

Andrew Danna I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I originally purchased a bracelet as a gift from another location, but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. After contacting customer service, I was advised to order the correct size and then exchange the original at this location. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the exchange could not be processed there, despite the prior instructions. This left me in a difficult position, as I now had two bracelets and no clear solution. I became visibly upset and, in my frustration, used inappropriate language while explaining my situation. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, the store’s Director chose to have me escorted out by security. While I understand and take responsibility for my tone, I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally and with greater empathy.

Alina Rose The staff was real quick with honest service for my modern smartwatch. Replaced the battery without damaging the seal and cleaned the exterior. Fair price and a smile.
