Jennica Ski I’m not used to wearing jewelry, so when I first got my ring, I measured a bit too tightly and it ended up being just a quarter size too small. I went back, and the team immediately helped me get it resized. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Their hospitality was top-notch, and I truly appreciate how well they took care of me. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not only beautiful jewelry but also the best quality service you could ask for!

MELISSA BRADLEY Koch Sparkly accessory options that are super affordable and make the perfect addition to every summer outfit! I bought a magnetic bracelet and a permanent paperclip like anklet. I love the bracelet because I can put it on and off myself. It adds the perfect little bit of bling. And then there is the anklet!!! My anklet took a few minutes and is goregous. Absolutely love it. Staff is super professional and extremely knowledgeable. She pays attention to the smallest detail. Can’t wait to get another permanent accessory!!! Karm Andreas Went in today after reading some great reviews. We were met with great customer service and a knowledgeable staff member. Marianne. The owner Leticia, was there too and helped us immediately. Both were very attentive and knew the answers to all our questions about jewelry! They were both kind and patient. We ended buying, not one but two wedding bands which made the perfect gift for my wife on our 14th year anniversary! Thank you for a your great customer service and fair prices. We will be coming back in the future!

greg yavicoli This place ripped me off. Cancelled an order, was supposed to get a refund almost 2 months ago. Had email conversations with them confirming this, then they just stop responding to emails mid march. Sent several follow up emails with delivery receipts so I know they got them, even asking them to just send the item if they arent going to refund me. Have been calling several times daily for 6 weeks straight. Phone just rings and rings, no message, and cant leave voice mail. I even tried calling from five different phone numbers and two different email addresses, so no excuses will work, I saved all my emails, phone records, and receipt. Had to file claim and dispute with paypal, and filed complaint with BBB. Pure and simple, I was scammed. Stay away!

John Coffey Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. My fiancé an I came in with 2 rings worth 4 thousand dollars. Research was done as well as our original receipts which they did not know we had. The man that helped us was snooty an told us “they weren’t worth much”. Then proceeded to offer us 240 dollars. All while treating us like we didn’t know what we doing an trying to pull one over on us. I’m absolutely disgusted with the attitude of this establishment as he then proceeded to flick the box of rings back in our direction when we told him no. Do not give them your business.
