The two ladies at the front were so nice and ordered me a replacement within 5 minutes. A lot of other jewelry companies don’t have this level of customer care, so I really appreciate them!!

5 /5 R A: Clean thoughtfully laid out store. Area to sit and wait for others if need be. We are always helped in a timely manner when they are busy, and they let you try on pieces without being overly pushy to purchase if you arent sure about it. We purchased a 14k ring at a great price point, and Im so happy we came in store to look instead of ordering online. Sizing I dont think is normal. Definitely try on their rings before purchasing. Packaging is cute to take out your purchase, and the soft bag they give you can polish your jewelry as well. I havent purchased any non-fine jewelry from here yet, but it seems to be plated at an okay price point as well.

5 /5 Christy Larry: I really like & enjoy Gorjanas jewelry. Pieces are always nicer in person than on the website. Theyre very friendly & attentive in both locations in the Dallas area. I love how they really stand by their pieces & will replace anything by what they have as their warranty with no questions asked. Ill definitely continue getting pieces from them.
