Sylvia Jaramillo We have been customers of Eve’s Custom Jewelry for some years now, mostly obtaining services for minor jewelry repairs, cleaning, etc. In June 2024, I damaged my anniversary ring which included losing one of the small diamonds. Eve’s replaced the missing diamond and now my anniversary ring shines brilliantly and looks better than new! I also inquired about how best to keep my wedding rings from turning sideways and upside down on my finger. After speaking with Nancy, she recommended fusing the two rings together, widening the band and squaring out the bottom to balance the weight. Nancy very meticulously explained the process and provided a sketch of the finished product. I picked my wedding ring up this past weekend and I am ecstatic!!! For the first time in 35 years, I can actually see the diamonds on the top of the ring. No more slipping sideways and upside down. I can’t stop looking at it. From the top, it still looks like two separate rings in the set. I love, love, love, the squared bottom. This is it exactly what was needed. No other jeweler had ever recommended this so I had resorted to just “living with it”. Not anymore! Thank you Nancy for giving me the perfect, original wedding ring! I can’t wait to work with you on the additional custom pieces using my parents’ wedding bands! I highly recommend Nancy and team at Eves’s Custom Jewelry. They are best in class jewelry professionals who are attentive to their customers needs. Eve’s produces exceptional pieces and provides high quality work at reasonable prices.

J D I was in the area looking for a watch shop which is no longer, I pulled off and put in watch repair in maps and Sergios Jewelry came up, close by. They replaced bent pins on a vintage watch, and pulled off the keeper holder hoop off a band and put them on my existing watch. They did this all at no charge, it was very generous and greatly appreciated. FYI its just a $7.00 charge to change a watchband if you supply the band. They have an enormous selection of costume jewelry, from basic to dropping in bling! A must stop in for a repair or to shop next time you are in Casa Linda Plaza.

Jasmin I had such a good experience with my friends! I don’t remember their names but everyone was so kind and patient with us, letting us look at every bag we were interested in and monogramming with care. I would rather go to the Tyler location than Houston or Dallas. I can’t wait for my next purchase :)

Maid for Muddy Paws Stopped in just browsing and came upon this super cute custom jewelry shop. The owner was very sweet and custom cut and made our permanent friendship bracelets. We will always remember this trip now! Thank you! Oh and I ordered like 3 custom rings from her too!

Katie T Branden was so helpful when it came to making my engagement ring a reality! He was able to take a stone from an old family ring and do beautiful hand engraving of leaves/flowers on the sides. He worked with us on price to my our dream a reality. I got updates throughout the process. After my now-fiancé proposed, we realized we had ordered the ring too large. Branden very kindly resized it for us quickly & for free. The whole experience was great.

Me Ron’s Jewelers was recommended to me by a friend. I’m so happy she told me about it! I asked for a custom band to go with my engagement ring and gave them reference photos of what I was looking for within our budget. The ring was exactly what I wanted! I may have to ask to get two stones on the side removed as they bother my pinky and middle finger a bit, but I will give it a week to see if I get used to it. Regardless, I’m so happy I was able to get my dream band at a price we could afford. Wish I had gotten my engagement ring here too! Now hoping to get a custom band for my husband, can’t wait!
