He has a great team of associates who are also willing to help. It dosent matter if its lots of gold and diamonds or small silver chains they are all willing to help. Nikki Venturo I took my ring in to be re sized and have a crack fixed. They didnt re size the ring and u can still see where they attempted to repair it. I will not be taking anything else here. Also the repair was high almost $50 to repair something tht wasnt

I took a silver ring...was bent ,dirty, and didnt fit, a week later i received a call that it was ready, I showed up... Ring was cleaned, reshaped and fit perfectly. And the price was way lower than other locations. I want to thank you for your professionalism and craftsmanship. Jenna Horak Herfort Diamond Ring Factory really went above and beyond for me. I needed my setting to be raised up to sit flush with my band and they did exactly that! They are so helpful, nice, and know exactly what to do. They take their time and make sure everything is flawless they my ring better than i could have ever imagined and it’s truly perfect.
