2 /5 Leticia Velasquez: I went to the store looking for a charm. It wasnt available, when I got home, I ordered thru the website, it said ready for pick up?! How come they couldnt check their inventory? Had to make another trip. :(

1 /5 Michelle Rosales: Why even bother having a James Avery store inside the dillards. I came to get my charms put on and if it wasnt bought from Dillards then its a $5 fee for each charm. The lady was just plain rude. Plus they never have enough workers to help even though it really to y. I will never shop at this James Avery again. Avoid if you can.

1 /5 Olga Maria Garza Saenz: After years and thousands of dollars spent at James Avery, not only for 5 bracelets of my own and gifting James Avery to my family and friends left and right, I come to the sad realization that James Avery doesn’t care about its customers. It been a month since i reached out to you and i have been in limbo in regards to a lost package due to a discrepancy with your website. I have called and today I was told that there’s nothing you can do! I rather lose the money on that order and never buy from you than to continue to waste my time trying to resolve this issue, because i am the one trying. At these today agent was kind enough to be honest and tell it was not James Avery’s problem.

1 /5 Jackie C: Went to this location for the commodity that it’s so close to me, instant regret. Took me longer to find a parking spot than what it took me to walk in ask for help, rudely sent away because i didn’t make the purchase at that location. It was a gift from a person in a Different city!! Lady forgot this is retail, even if you are not selling you give the customer great service not just to someone who is buying at that precise moment!

1 /5 Brisa Del Angel: Older lady working there plain rude saying I needed proof of purchase when they were gifted to me from this very store , if not each charm 5$, I’ve spent a good amount of money buying charms, rings, necklaces, charging more fees, plain robbery.
