Jay Schwausch Better Bling is the only place I go for my custom jewelry or jewelry repair. They have done some outstanding work for me. They replaced the sapphire in my Masonic ring and created my Sterling Silver Wizard ring (a ring that is a W shaped into a ring). Better Bling is 27 miles away and there are a lot of jewelers much closer to me, but they are my go-to place for my jewelry needs.

Jonathan Slayton Walked in to look at Tudors, and they gave me a great price on a Rolex Submariner. Been in a few times, and everyone has been very helpful including the owners and watchmakers.

Bear Bear WARNING ⚠️ I dropped off a gold bracelet on 4/15/2024. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday, but I was unable to go until today (4/19/2024). I arrived shortly after 10 this morning, and they were closed. I waited 45 minutes and still closed, so I got on Google Maps to see the hours of operation. According to it, they shouldve been open. You cant call, because their number is not posted. I started reading some of the recent reviews of this place, and now Im a little scared. I hope Im not disappointed in their work, or worse yet, I hope they didnt screw it up. UPDATE: Its 12 noon, 4/22/24, and I just returned from picking up my mothers bracelet. Im IRATE, to say the least! Not only did these IDIOTS not repair my mothers bracelet, but they charged me for "straightening" the bracelet. Needless to say, I will never return and do everything in my power to make sure I warn those who inquire about this business. Please read the other reviews and take heed. Im not the only one who has had a horrific experience with these people.

He also took his time to shine up a few other pieces of gold I had as well as repaired others, all while I waited and on the spot with no appointment. He was truly kind and genuine. APA GMAIL My little dark weirdo heart has been wanting to come here for years. As a spiritual practitioner and into the new age world they have a nice range of herbs, oils, crystals etc. loved that. Ashley Lamborn DO NOT USE them. I highly recommend just ordering the cap and gown(only because there are no other options)and NOTHING MORE. I didn’t get my son’s graduation package till 2 days before his graduation. I asked for a refund and got the run around from the location in Amarillo and got lied to saying a refund is in the process when it wasn’t. I then called corporate to verify and got the run around from them as well. They also said I had to pay to ship the items back then I would get reimbursed and for not even half of what I paid for the package. If I could give zero stars I would. Once again, DO NOT USE THEM. Horrible place of business.
