1 /5 Laura Peterson: Customer service at this store is sub par at best. The associates are rude - if you want true James Avery service, save yourself the time and go to the location in the mall located in Dillards. The ladies in that location dont treat you as if youre a bother or as though youre wasting their time. I was purchasing 6 charms, 4 bracelets and and just had questions about the placement of one of my charms & the associate rolled her eyes at me when I asked her a question. I chose to leave it all there and go purchase it all at Dillards where Im not disrespected.

She went above and beyond to make sure my toggle bracelet was clean, beautiful and literally as perfect as the day I bought it many years ago!! She is a specialist and gave my toggle bracelet extreme attention to detail! I am so happy!......Katelynn was so welcoming and nice when I went into the store, she and the other sweet sweet associate with dark hair helped me with my charm bracelet and they both did everything they could to accommodate me!!! What a wonderful experience!!! THANK YALL SO MUCH!!!

5 /5 Kori Woods: The ladies at this location are absolutely wonderful. Took my chain in to have the clasp repaired. They had it done in an hour. My daughter also got her first ring from them. Unfortunately it turned her green. So we went back and they allowed her to pick a different ring with a different finish. They were understanding and helpful. So far so good. The second choice ring has been great. Highly recommend these ladies

5 /5 Irving Flores: You’ll find this James Avery store right next to Target shopping store. Quick and clean. Currently due to the Covid-19 regulations, you do have to wear a mask inside. The employees clean regularly and there are separating barriers to keep the public safe. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
