Sara Campos We went to Kay’s to shop for my husband’s wedding band and Elizabeth was so patient and helpful! My husband ended up doing a custom design at Kay’s and Elizabeth was so communicative and accommodating throughout every step of the process. Anytime we went to Kay’s for an appt to approve the progress, we never felt rushed and Elizabeth went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to perfection. This went above and beyond the customer service we would expect from any jeweler and really helped make what could have been a stressful season a really enjoyable one!

Bree Dauphinee Lucas did an amazing job with my emerald! I had bought it in Colombia and it was set in sterling silver. I wanted a metal that wouldn’t oxidize, while making the necklace design more minimalistic. Lucas did a fantastic job and made the necklace exactly how I was wanting! I highly recommend.

Nicole Singleton I’m not typically one to leave reviews but I wanted other moms to know that this is a great place to take little kids. They did a great job of making the process very smooth and naturally distracting my 6 year old who didn’t even flinch during the piercing. She is an extremely sensitive kid so this says a lot about their expertise in handling kids and the benefits of the hollow needle technique versus the gun. Highly recommend!

John Pena Just had to share my recent experience at Jared Jewelry store located on San Pedro in San Antonio. I took my custom diamond ring of 10 years to have it repaired. I was greeted by Annie Gallo. She was very nice, polite, professional, informative and very helpful. I inquired about the cost of the ring repair. Annie was very helpful in looking up my purchase and found I had purchased the warranty. After a few minutes, my ring was taken to be repaired, at no cost, and I was informed it would be ready the following day. Two days later, I picked up my ring. All I can say is WOW! My ring looked better than when I purchased it. Jared did an amazing repair job. I was truly impressed with Jared. They proved to be trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. For my next diamond purchase, Jared will be first on my list. Thank you Annie and Jared for making this a memorable experience.
