Ended up going into Dillards located in the mall right behind the store and had to pay to get the charms placed on; because they were purchased at the actual James Avery store. LETS DO BETTER, BUSINESS IS JUST TAKING OFF AT THIS LOCATION!

Rad Mikey (Master Reviewer) I’ve never been so impressed with the personal experience you get when buying/selling precious metals at this business! You won’t get paid out more anywhere else! This is their smaller store and it still impressed me. Many fine pieces of gold, silver, platinum, and more in various varieties such as bullion, industrial silver, and minted coins old & new. I’m a coin enthusiast being a history lover. I enjoyed every mini was there! The owner is extremely nice and told me about his other location. Can’t wait to go check out all the historical coins they have. They are very honest and will not take advantage of you like other places. I highly recommend stopping by and give them a chance. Do what I did and get offers from 2 other buyers and then take it there and you’ll be pleasantly surprised with their payout!

Shik Roosberg This is the second time I have done business here and they never fail with amazing customer service, follow ups and greetings! I sizes my wedding band the first time and the second time I replaced the stone and had a minor repair, TK assisted me and his customer service was impeccable! He takes care of all customers and acknowledges everyone with respect! He never made me feel looked down on which I’ve received from other jewelry stores, the price was fair!!!
