If you have a issue with your jewelry that you purchased from here and you do not have a receipt and for some reason, they cannot find your number even though you gave them your phone number for the warranty you will have an issue trying to get whatever broke fixed, or exchanged. Went there with a broken bracelet they could not find my phone number so I had to go all the way back home to Find the original receipt for me to go back to the store and somehow now they were able to pull up the order…

4 /5 Anna Gardner: I haven’t had any issues with this store in particular in Killeen, but I have visited a lot of stores across the country however very helpful very nice ladies Ashley, Michelle , Natalie, on the other hand which is true is very unprofessionall, rude not willing to go out of her way. I have experience that with her as well. Natalie is not one of those managers that is willing to go the extra mile she just shows up

1 /5 Krystal Gray: Went to return a ring I ordered online, Natalie the closing manager very unprofessional. Told me since I purchased it with after pay, I have to return it to after pay. So clueless. Went to the Afterpay app and it told me to return the retailer. Last time I ever purchase something from here again.
