Bronco Pawn & Gun - Queen City (TX)

1 /5 PANDEMIC556: Been a long time customer with Bronco Pawn for the last few years. Have spent thousands of dollars. I recently purchased a used pew from them. It had numerous malfunctions right off the bat. It was not usable and not working. I brought it in the next day to bronco pawn where they also concluded it was not working and kept jamming in their testing. After two trips to BP and multiple conversations, they didn’t wanna accept a return, nor credit me towards another purchase, or do anything to make this right. Really upset about it, as I am a dedicated customer that’s been going there for so long and had a great experience till now. and I feel like they just don’t care or bothered to try to work with me on a solution. I understand that their are no returns on firearms but the fact that I paid full price for “a working off the shelf pew” and it’s not functional even a little bit, and I’ve made 2 trips in 2 days. So, sorry to say, but they lost me as a long time customer.

5 /5 Samuel Pierce: Havent had any experience with the pawn side, but the firearms section is great. Staff seems knowledgeable, and if there is anything they are unsure about they will find out. As was in my case, with which the owner personally gathered the information for me. Some of the best prices Ive seen for guns besides one or two online retailers where its click and hope you get a good product. Would highly recommend, its always a good idea to check something like a gun out before you buy so you dont get a lemon. The staff was very patient and accommodating, and ensured me that if i needed anything and they didnt have it in house that they could get it. One of their distributers also carries a lifetime firearm guarantee. Something that you wont find anywhere else. Cheree was very sweet and and definitely a great help. Would highly recommend.

5 /5 Johnny Robbins: I love this place. People are always friendly and help answer any questions you may have. I have used their awesome lay away a few times, but never can wait to get my weapon out so I get it early. You will not be disappointed here.

3 /5 Douglas Waldrep: 3 out of 5 only due to gun/ammo inventory and prices. In line with what you should expect for the times. Needed to ask the gun counter 2 questions, one about a gun I was looking for and one about transfers,but it was apparent my business was not welcome, I tried to be patient and respectful not to interrupt an on going conversation, but it was clear I wasn’t going to get any help. It must be nice to have enough regular business that you can ignore someone at will. The girls up front were very friendly and tried to help, but the gun counter man simply wasn’t interested in acknowledging me. Too bad for you. Won’t go back or recommend.
