She was professional, patient, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and at ease throughout the process. Bree Dauphinee Lucas did an amazing job with my emerald! I had bought it in Colombia and it was set in sterling silver. I wanted a metal that wouldn’t oxidize, while making the necklace design more minimalistic. Lucas did a fantastic job and made the necklace exactly how I was wanting! I highly recommend.

I am not a casual jewelry wearer and I needed my measurements taken for a fitting where the jewelry would be handmade. I walked in not knowing where to go or what to do, just going to the nearest place google recommended and I was greeted warmly by Lauren! I told her my needs and she took her time measuring each finger, wrist and my necklace size, and laughed along with me, while still explained everything I needed to know clearly! We made wonderful conversation as she worked in wonderful professionalism. I got everything I needed in record time. I am so excited to write this review because Lauren is a pillar or exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism with a great personality and smile to boot!
