Chris Mcclellon My wife bought earrings from Jeff at Oktoberfest. We accidentally left the bag on the table next to his stand and left. We realized about an hour later we didn’t have the earrings and went back hoping Jeff may have picked up the bag. Unfortunately someone had taken off with them. Jeff was out of stock of the ones she loved, but Jeff told her to pick another pair she liked and he would mail her a replacement pair once he made more at no charge and to just email him. He made a replacement pair and shipped them out to us today. My wife was ecstatic today. The earrings are great quality and the owner is amazing.

Grisel Aranda Parras Wonderful friendly service, quick turn around on repairs. Good selection of jewlery, if they don’t have it they’ll find it or make it for you. Got my little girl’s name put on her bracelet with gold letters, it came out awesome! Also had a gold chain and a ring repaired with next day pickup! Y hablan español :)
