Steven Just wanted to send a quick brag about Lee, I recently had the pleasure of working with Lee at this location, and I couldnt be more impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. From the moment I walked in, Lee greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. Not only did he assist me with carting in the items into the store I wanted to sell, but he also went above and beyond by carrying out and loading up the items that Money Mart Pawn wouldnt accept. Lees promptness and courtesy were truly exemplary. Despite the busyness of the store, he made sure to attend to me promptly and efficiently. What impressed me even more was his proactive approach to customer service. Not only did he assist me, but he also took the initiative to greet other customers as they entered the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Michelle Cooper UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!
