Not being able to speak directly with anyone at Jostens corporate, I took a chance and called Jostens-Allen directly. First ring, Larry answered and so graciously fulfilled my order, complimentary. Larry said Ill still receive my original order, as I have already paid, but he just wanted to make sure I had what I needed and so that I could make my Senior 2020 experience memorable without any delay. greg yavicoli This place ripped me off. Cancelled an order, was supposed to get a refund almost 2 months ago. Had email conversations with them confirming this, then they just stop responding to emails mid march. Sent several follow up emails with delivery receipts so I know they got them, even asking them to just send the item if they arent going to refund me. Have been calling several times daily for 6 weeks straight. Phone just rings and rings, no message, and cant leave voice mail. I even tried calling from five different phone numbers and two different email addresses, so no excuses will work, I saved all my emails, phone records, and receipt. Had to file claim and dispute with paypal, and filed complaint with BBB. Pure and simple, I was scammed. Stay away!

Kim Wood We were in Corpus for the weekend when we decided to stop in Samuels to take a look. We wanted to originally upgrade our wedding set but but when I saw these two rings that were just so beautiful…my husband talked me into them. When we got to the hotel after our purchase I noticed that I did not receive the certificate for one of the rings. The owner and Sayed said they would look for it and get it to us. My husband and I needed to return back home and said we could come back for it . After some exchanges in texts and calls we went back down the following weekend. The owner went out of his way and even brought in some additional diamonds for me to look at. I ended up switching out the original diamond I. The ring with a better diamond and was very happy. Both gentleman were very polite and respectable. My husband and I were very appreciative of their efforts and the quality of care we received. We will most definitely be back.
